A little fun at soccer today...we started 7 weeks ago and have had lots of fun. We will need to take a break and then figure out what we will do next. Miss S said she wants to ice skate but 3 is the earliest they will let them take a parent/tot class. Since neither of us knows how to ice skate we might have to look into something else.
After soccer we took Great-Grandma out for a little lunch at Macaroni Grill. She had spaghetti and meatballs since it is not a food they ever serve at her place. She is always happy to take a ride and enjoy our company for a bit. Sent her leftovers home for a snack for Kyle! He will be happy to polish them off.
We are celebrating the February birthday month at my parents tonight. All 3 of us have February birthdays but tonight is the first time everyone can get together. Michael was 37 on the 1st and Scott turned 32 on the 3rd....today is my last day of my 30's!!!! How weird is that. I was talking at work the other day and noting how when my parents turned 40 I was already 20! They were pretty much done with me and here I have a 2 year old! Wouldn't change it for the world! Will make my 40's more fun I figure! I will also be cradle robbing here until April 17th when Clark joins me!
Off to eat ribs and chocolate cake! YUMMY!
